ACHPER and RLSSA NT branch have teamed up to deliver an ACHPER NT branch members only FREE Bronze update.  If you are interested in taking up this opportunity and you require an extension to your current Bronze qualification please contact trainingmanagernt@rlssa.org.au.  ACHPER and RLSSA NT run updates in April and October each year. Please note the course starts at 4pm at the pool with togs on. This update course is for financial ACHPER NT members only. The Royal Life Saving Society's Bronze Medallion Update Course offers great opportunities within the aquatic industry and beyond. This course is for ACHPER financial members wishing to update their current Royal Life Saving Bronze Medallion award. Please note: Participants must hold a current Bronze Medallion Qualification. If you do not hold a current Bronze Medallion or it has expired, you will need to book into the full Bronze Medallion course. Participants who successfully complete this award will be re-accredited with both Bronze Medallion and Resuscitation Awards. The Royal Life Saving Bronze Medallion Award should be renewed every 12 months. Nibbles will be provided.

Come to our annual Meet Greet 'n' Eat at the Darwin Bowls Club. Meet other ACHPER NT members, share ideas, network, find out what is planned for the year. New members welcome to join at the event. Bare foot bowling - 4:30-5:30pm - join the fun, bowling practice and prize rounds to finish. Registration is required for bowling and catering purposes.

Come and join your ACHPER NT Executive at the annual International Women's Day March. No ticket or registration needed, just come and join us. International Women's Day | City of Darwin | Darwin Council, Northern Territory Head down to Civic Park on Saturday 4 March 2023 and join in the International Women's Day Walk and Celebrations! Follow the Darwin City Brass Band as we walk through the city centre streets to Bennett Park where there will be information stalls and celebrations. Guest speakers and a free morning tea will be hosted in the air-conditioned comfort of Parliament House. International Women’s Day is a time to reflect on progress, to call for change and to celebrate the courage and achievements of the women who changed history, and those who will advance gender equality into the future. This a free community event. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Wear purple and bring your banners, hat and water bottle! 8.30am - Gather in the Civic Centre courtyard (Harry Chan Avenue, Darwin) for giveaways, Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony 9.00am - Walk departs Civic Centre and will finish at Bennett Park 9.00am to 10.30am - Information stalls and entertainment in Bennett Park 10.30am to 11.30am - Guest speakers and free morning tea in Parliament House.
